Community Concerts

Concerts sponsored by Macon County Arts Council fall into two groups, local musicians already known in the community, or visiting guests, whose work and names are well-recognized.  The music itself spans every genre, from country to classical, vocal to instrumental.  With venues like Key Park and both MCHS and MCJHS auditoriums, there is ample seating room for anyone wishing to attend.  Venue selection is always chosen for seniors and the handicapped.  Fisk Jubilee Singers is an example of the concerts presented for community enjoyment.  All concerts are free.
